I'm leaving for Vermont today, but my dad isn't here yet. I figured I'd spend the time "productively" and write an article. This one goes out to Final Fantasy XIII, which is no longer a PS3 exclusive. When word got out PS3 fanboys everywhere died a little. It was super cool. Here's some things the morons down ps3fanboy are saying. On the subject.
There is just no way Sony can recover from this. I can't think of anything they can do to save the PS3 now. I fear the PS3 died today.
This hurts. Some say the PS3 died today... I know one thing for certain, a little piece of the gamer in me died today. Sometimes we can fool ourselves into believing that developers "do it for the love of their craft," but today that sentiment was blown out of the water.
Can you imagine Kojima's reaction if he were told... "Uh... Hideo... we know your wish to create games as art, but you're going to have to take one for the team, buddy. Remember all those things you wanted to do with the BluRay disc? Well, you're going to have to do it on DVD instead. Sorry, buddy, money talks."
Regardless of what happens to Sony after this, gamers and developers with higher standards have definitely lost one to the bank accounts. If there was any innocence left in the indurstry, it was buried today.
Aren't Parker and friends great? In addition to moping about on the internet, Parker and friends dressed all in black and spray painted rude slang on the Square-Enix website using iscribble.net.
I just can't believe how dramatic these people are. They're acting like Squenix betrayed Sony by putting their precious exclusive on the 360! Square's actually already done this before to Nintendo, and then refused to make games for them until late GameCube years.
Well, my dad's here so I gotta run. See you Monday!
