I felt like a dirty pervert while drawing this. If you don't get the pun in the comic, the boy died because the guy giving him mouth to mouth was really gross and probably never took showers.
In the original sketch, the boy needed medical assistance because the black guy from the comic before this shot him in the face. Then he would ask for help from an attractive nurse only to get assistance from Mr. Gross. I trashed the idea because it was stupid and I can't/wont draw attractive nurses.
