That Robot
Author: Eggplant
Run: 1/29/11 – 5/06/11
That Robot updated Thursdays on the original SBboard line-up. Many people praised the series often calling it their favorite of all the comics at the time.
Eggplant cancelled That Robot in early May and although many fans missed the witty antics of That Robot, Eggplant’s deadpan humor carried onto his next project Eggplant Town.
Best of That Robot:

Invisible Eyebrows
Author: Tyler McBride
Run: 2/19/11 – 6/04/11
Invisible Eyebrows was on the original SBboard line-up taking the Saturday slot. Tyler McBride’s already well-known name in various cartooning communities worked as a great way on getting traffic on SBboard while things were first starting out.
Most people remember Invisible Eyebrows for the surreal stories of Stripeghost & Robocactus. SG&RC consists of 4 official stories by Tyler McBride and a closure comic created by Gay Cat’s Dailyman.
Best of Invisible Eyebrows:
- SG&RC: Natural Disadvantage
- The Exciting New Adventures of Garfield
- Doctor Noxious’s Putrid Plot
- SG&RC: Death Sentence
- How’s My Driving?

Stuggle
Author: Hanha

A comic about not knowing what to make a comic about. The possible inspiration for Inception.

Gay Cat
Author: Dailyman
Run: 1/09/11 – 7/20/11
Gay Cat was on the original SBboard line-up taking the Wednesday slot. It was the first SBboard comic created by someone other than Colin Buffum. Without Gay Cat SBboard wouldn’t be the multi-creator website it is today.
The comic was well known among readers as, “really offensive but really funny.”
Best of Gay Cat:

Clove
Author: Flare
Run: 4/13/11 – 8/31/11
Clove was the original comic about vegetables and a giant cat. While known to be confusing at times, Clove managed to still be about vegetables and be entertaining.
